How it works

• To receive your free quote simply complete the form below, describing your item and your concern with it along with your full contact details and address. We will then send out a pre-paid Special Delivery envelope to you. This includes tracking and a signature on receipt 
• Once you receive your pre-paid envelope post your item/s to the address we provide
• If you wish to insure the item/s please do so through your preferred courier/post office. We would advise that you cover with appropriate insurance*
• Once we receive your item/s we will contact you with a quote
• If you accept the quote and you wish to go ahead with the service, we hope to have the item/s ready for postage back to you within 2 weeks. 
• All items returned to you will be covered by Royal Mail up to a maximum of £2,500. The cost for this is covered by Lily Jade. Any item above this price will be covered by specialist insurance and the cost will be covered by Lily Jade.

*We cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage for items sent to us. We recommend that you take out appropriate insurance to cover for any loss or damage 

We reserve the right to refuse to undertake any work on an item we deem unsuitable for repair. Upon which, we will return the items to you fully insured
